IMPORTANT - We ship items via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service states 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch. This time frame is an estimate from Royal Mail and your parcel is not guaranteed to arrive within the mentioned timeframe.
We currently charge a flat £3.95 for all deliveries we post out.
We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
The Royal Mail Tracked 24 service means that your parcel will not be posted through your letterbox (as it won't fit). Royal Mail will often leave in a 'safe place' a 'neighbour' (hopefully you get along) or re-arrange a delivery or collect from your local collection point instead.
Please note - We can only make claims for lost/delayed/missing parcels 7 working days after the parcel has been dispatched, as per Royal Mails claim terms.
Allergy advice - All products are made in a kitchen which handles all of the major allergens, including Milk, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Soya, Tree nuts, Sulphites, Sesame, Lupin and Peanuts. and will not be suitable for anyone with food allergies, due to possible cross-contamination.
